Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition has been preferred for issuing a direction to the respondent no. -1 to decide the pending SCC No 1 of 2022 (Bhagwan Baksh v. Zubair Ahmed), within the time stipulated by this Court.
The petitioner has directly approached this Court within a period of two years of filing the case, which is too early to approach this Court for issuance of direction to the respondent no. 1 to conclude the proceeding within the stipulated time as prayed in the present petition.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition as dismissed as not pressed at this stage.
As prayed, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed at this stage.
