The order-sheet reveals that on previous occasion i.e. 18 .7.2024 the case was adjourned on the ground of illness of petitioner's counsel and it was made clear that the matter would not be adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner and appropriate order would be passed, the order dated 18.7.2024 is quoted hereinbelow:

"Shri D.P. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner is reported to be ill. Case is adjourned.

List this case again.

On the next date of listing, the case would not be adjourned on any ground whatsoever as it is an old case pertaining to the year 2010."

Today again, illness slip has been sent by learned Counsel for the petitioner thus repeated request of learned counsel for the petitioner for adjournment on the ground of illness is not acceptable, particularly in the background of earlier orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
