Sessions Judge, Court No. XI, (MP/MLA) Kanpur Nagar whereby the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Court No.XI, (MP/MLA) Kanpur Nagar dismissed the Revision No. 259 of 2023 ; Noori Shaukat and 2 others Vs. State of U.P., preferred by the petitioners against the order dated 18.8.2023 passed by the Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No.3, Kanpur Nagar, dismissing/rejecting the discharge application preferred by the petitioners as otherwise the petitioners would suffer irreparable loss and injury, and / or be further pleased to pass such other and further order / orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice."
