1. Present petition has been filed challenging the orders whereby application for recording the statement was allowed. Civil revision preferred against the said order was also dismissed.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent informs that statement in terms of the said order has already been recorded.
3. In view thereof, nothing survives in the writ petition. Present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
4. However, the parties would be entitled to raise all the issues when the matter is finally decided.
