After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to some inadvertent mistake, certain facts are left to be mentioned in the present writ petition which are necessary for proper adjudication of the present case and prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition as dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
As prayed, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh.
