This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"issue a order or direction to the learned District Consumer Forum Basti, to decide the suit no. 252 of 2023, Hanuman Verma Vs. John Deere Financial India Private Limited Bhimapar Sidharth Nagar District Basti and another' District Basti, pending in the District Consumer Forum Basti, expeditiously within stipulated period to secure the ends of justice."

It is contended that Suit No.252 of 2022 (wrongly typed in prayer clause as Suit No.252 of 2023) is pending before the District Consumer Forum Basti and the sole prayer made is for early disposal of the said suit.

As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon District Consumer Forum Basti to decide the Suit No.252 of 2023, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of.

It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
