This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer;

"(i) Issue an appropriate order or direction to the concerned Tribunal i.e. The Debts Recovery Tribunal at Allahabad to expeditiously decide the Securitization Application No.623 of 2019 filed by the resp. no.3, within a time bound frame which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that Securitization Application No. 623 of 2019 is pending consideration before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Prayagraj and till date same has not been decided. The sole prayer made in writ petition for early disposal of the said securitization application.

As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed off, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondent, with a direction upon Debts Recovery Tribunal, Prayagraj to decide the Securitization Application No.623 of 2019, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed off.

It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
