Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite party nos. 1 to 3. In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party no. 4 stands dispensed with.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to provide original High School Certificate to petitioner who had cleared the aforesaid high school examination in the year 1988 from the opposite party no. 4, Institution.

For the said grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation before the concerned authority but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation, which may be directed to be decided.

Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party no. 3 i.e. Additional Secretary- Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Regional Office Varanasi- Orderly Bazar, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date certified copy of this order is produced before the concerned authority along with fresh representation.

With aforesaid observations and directions, the petition is finally disposed of.
