Heard learned counsel for petitioners, Mr. Surya Prakash, learned counsel for opposite party no. 1 whose memorandum of appearance filed today is taken on record, and learned State counsel for opposite party nos. 2 to 4.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for the following relief:-

"(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to provide honorarium to petitioner at par with honorarium which is being paid in other states of country and that it should not be less than the minimum wages as declared by the State and Central Government.

(ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to treat the post of petitioners as per contract basis in place of outsourcing basis as per the guideline of Central Government."

It is submitted that although petitioners have been appointed as Computer Operator under the Central Government scheme of Mission Vatsalya Yojana" (Old name Bal Sarachhan Yojana), New Delhi through outsourcing but different honorariums are being paid in different parts of the country although the scheme being same, same rates of honorarium are required to be paid to all the persons who have been employed thereunder.

With regard to aforesaid grievance, petitioners have already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh individual representation before the authority concerned which may be directed to be decided.

Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, liberty is granted to petitioners to file a fresh individual representation before concerned authority who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the

date certified copy of this order is produced before the concerned authority along with fresh representation.

With aforesaid observations and directions, the petition is finally disposed of.
