Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Vivek Srivastava, learned counsel for the complainant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The instant application has been filed seeking bail of the applicant in Crime No.01 of 2022, under Sections 420, 406, 506, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Hasanganj, District Lucknow.

In terms of the order passed by this Court dated 24.9.2004, the parties were for mediation. Subsequently, vide order dated 24.10.2024, the applicant was enlarged on interim bail.

it is argued by learned counsel for both the parties that the mediation has been successful and a report to this effect dated 4.11.2024 has been submitted to this Court.

In terms of the mediation centre report dated 4.11.2024, the parties have amicably settled their disputes except clause-B of paragraph 6 of the settlement deed. The time for payment in respect of amount specified in paragraph 6-B has been left to the discretion of the High Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the said amount shall be paid within eight months from today. The said proposal is acceptable to learned counsel for the respondent.

In view thereof, interim bail granted to the applicant is made absolute. No further surety is required by the applicant apart from the sureties indicated in the order dated 24.10.2024. The

parties shall agree and abide themselves to the settlement as agreed in between the parties.

The bail application stands allowed in terms of above.
