At the very outset, Shri Diwakar Singh, learned Standing Counsel states that against the seizure of tractor of the petitioner under the provisions of the Forest Act, 1927 the petitioner preferred an appeal which has been rejected vide the order dated 3.0.05.2024.
A copy of the said order has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court today.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to challenge the aforesaid appellate order before appropriate court in appropriate proceedings.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
