Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents no. 1 & 2 and Shri Brijendra Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 Bank.
After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appropriate application in Writ C No. 7813 of 2022 which is the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for respondents have no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
