After arguing at length, learned counsel counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner want to withdraw the present writ petition as some relevant facts are left to be mentioned in the writ petition which are necessary for proper adjudication of this case, therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh.
As prayed, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the relevant papers to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining photo copy of the same on record.
