(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining the Opposite Party Nos. 5 & 6 from making constructions on Plot No.843, Area- 0.126 hectare situated at Village- Hathigo Paraspur Dubey Ka Pura, Pargana- Paschim Rath, Tehsil- Bikapur, District- Ayodhya.'
