On being confronted after considering the report of Senior Registrar of this Court dated 06.12.2023, learned counsel for the applicant states that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant application with liberty to file the same afresh with proper deed of compromise.
The prayer sought has not been opposed by learned counsel for State.
In view of the above, the instant application is rejected as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
