Heard petitioner in person, learned State Counsel for opposite party No.1 and Mr. Pradeep Tiwari learned counsel for opposite parties 2,3 and 4.

Petition has been filed with prayer for a direction to opposite parties for payment of salary to petitioner on the post of Teacher in the institution concerned for the period April, 2015, August, 2018, April, 2019, 18th November, 2023 and 23rd January, 2024. An application for intervention has also been filed on behalf of one Abhishek Mishra alleging himself to be husband of petitioner's niece, Diksha Tiwari. However in view of order being passed, application is not required to be adjudicated upon.

For the said relief petitioner has already submitted a representation and as per learned counsel for opposite party No.3, proceedings are already ongoing.

In view thereof, opposite party No.3 i.e District Basic Education Officer, Lucknow is directed to take a final decision with regard to petitioner's grievances within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the concerned authority.

The petition stands disposed of.
