The present petition has been filed for issuing direction to the opposite party no. 1- i.e A.D.J-13, Lucknow to decide the R.A.C 13 of 2022 (Sahabdeen versus Keshav Prasad and others), within the stipulated time as specified by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit is pending since last about two years.

The petitioner has directly approached this Court within two years of filing of the suit, which is too early to approach this Court for issuing any direction to the learned trial court to conclude the proceeding within the stipulated time as prayed in the present petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition as dismissed as not pressed.

OfÏce is directed to return the certified copies of the relevant document enclosed with the present petition after retaining photocopy of the same.
