21.10.2020 for mutating the name of Champa Devi, Ajay Singh and Neetu Singh w/o Ajay Singh, on which, order for mutating their name was passed by the authority concerned on 26.10.2020. However, on a complaint made by Champa Devi (informant), inquiry was conducted, in which, it was found that no such application was moved by her. Thereafter, the name of Neetu Singh was deleted and upon inquiry, marriage certificate was found forged. It is vehemently submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that there is no involvement of the applicant in the alleged marriage certificate or the sale deed, or the mutation order obtained by Neetu Singh, but the charge sheet was filed by the Investigating OfÏcer in mechanical manner. It is also submitted that the applicant has no criminal antecedent and as the charge sheet has been filed, there is no possibility of tampering of any evidence. It is lastly submitted that in near future, there is no possibility of conclusion of trial and the applicant, who is in jail since 17.11.2023, is entitled for bail. It is also submitted that the applicant will never misuse the liberty of bail and shall fully cooperate in the trial.
