On an objection raised by learned Standing Counsel that neither the post by the petitioners has been disclosed nor concerned department has been arrayed in the petition, Sri Durgesh Kumar Panthak, Advocate holding brief of Sri Prashant Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh with proper pleadings and impleading all the necessary parties.
There is no objection by the other side.
In view of above, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as prayed above.
