On an objection raised by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel that the petitioner has challenged the order dated 08.12.2008, whereas the same is not applicable on the petitioner and it is in regard to the State Government and the Government Order of 2009 is applicable on the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh challenging the appropriate order. To which there is no objection by learned counsel for the respondents.
In view of above, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with aforesaid liberty.
