The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 21.01.2023 whereby the fair price shop license of the petitioner has been suspended.
Considering the nature of the allegations in the suspension-cumshow cause notice, I do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order. However, in case the petitioner files his reply to the said show cause notice, the same shall be decided with all expedition strictly in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter.
The writ petition stands disposed off with the said observations.
