Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents.
The petitioner's grievance is that inquiry initiated against Gram Pradhan under provisions of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 has not been concluded.
Learned Standing Counsel of State-respondents on the basis of written instruction submits that during pendency of this writ petition, inquiry has been concluded and respondent Pradhan has been exonerated.
In these circumstances, since prayers are addressed this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to challenge the outcome of inquiry if still aggrieved and if so advised in accordance with law.
