Learned counsel for petitioner after arguing for sometime on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an application under Section 7A (1) (a) of The Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 in proper format to raise dispute under the aforesaid section.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty as prayed for if legally permissible.
