The present petition has been filed claiming that the husband of the petitioner had taken loan, however, the benefit of interest waiver in terms of the scheme of the State Government is not being granted.

The petitioner claims to have representing the matter but no decision has been taken.

Considering the fact that the benefit of the scheme, if any, issued by the State Government has to be decided by the District Magistrate, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Lalitpur by filing an appropriate application.

In case, the petitioner is entitled to the said benefit of the State Government, the District Magistrate shall pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

This order has been passed in the presence of Sri Yashwant Singh, learned Counsel for the respondents no.1 and 2.
