Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Present writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to decide the representations of the petitioner dated 16.11.2021 and 26.1.2022 within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner moves fresh representation ventilating his grievances before respondent no.3 i.e. Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Azamgarh within one week, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously.
