Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Present writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondent nos.2 to 5 to issue Antyodaya Ration Card in favour of the petitioner within stipulated period and for a direction to respondent nos.1 and 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2022 within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner moves fresh representation ventilating his grievances before respondent no.4 within two weeks, the same shall be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law in further six weeks.
