The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Mutation Application being Case No. 7497 of 2021 (Computer Case No. T202105440307497), (Aphasana Khatoon Vs. Sudarshan Rai) under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the case be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Case No. 7497 of 2021 (Computer Case No. T202105440307497), (Aphasana Khatoon Vs. Sudarshan Rai) under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
