The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Mutation Applications being Cases No. 6270 of 2021 & 6271 of 2021, (Mahalaxmi Tripathi Vs. Virendra Prasad) under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, were not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the cases be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid cases.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Cases No. 6270 of 2021 & 6271 of 2021, (Mahalaxmi Tripathi Vs. Virendra Prasad) under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
