We are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition on behalf of the association particularly as the allotment itself is to individuals and not to the society.
Faced with the above objection, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with a prayer to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh at the instance of the person aggrieved.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
