1. Heard Mr. V.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. R.P. Pandey, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the record.

2 . Grievance of the petitioner is that she is not being permitted to raise of her house allotted under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural) Scheme, by the private respondents herein. With the aforesaid relief, the petitioner had approached before this Court by means of the writ petition i.e. WRIT - C No.8189 of 2023 ( Asha Devi Vs. State of U.P. and 8 Others ) and Division Bench of this Court vide its order dated 17.3.2023 disposed of the aforesaid writ petition directing the Revenue authorities to take appropriate steps qua grievance of the petitioner.

3. Mr. K.P. Pandey, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the Staterespondents raised a preliminary objection regarding the maintainability of the instant petition by placing reliance upon the detailed instructions dated 5.10.2023 sent by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Aurai, District-Bhadohi, and submits that as per the mandate of the order passed by Devision Bench of this Court in Asha Devi (supra) , the matter has already been settled between the parties and amount under the scheme of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural) Scheme has also been accorded in favour of the petitioner.

4. Considering the categorical instructions, we are not inclined to proceed in matter any further as the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of .
