The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:-
" 1- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct the respondent No. 2 to decide the Case No. 2225/2022 Computer Case No. T202214360602225 under section 34 U.P. Revenue Code (Ashok Kumar vs. Ram Charitra) pending before Tehsildar, Tehsil Madiyahoon District Jaunpur within stipulated time bound period. "
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that aforesaid case is pending consideration before respondent no. 2 since the year 2022, however, till date no order has been passed.
Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State submits that the case of the petitioner will be decided by respondent no. 2 in accordance with law in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, it is hereby directed that the case pending before respondent No. 2 shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
