Confronted by the law as has been laid down by the Apex Court in the case of CELIR LLP Vs. Bafna Motors (Mumbai) Pvt. Ltd. & Ors, decided in Civil Appeal No.5542-5543, decided on 21.09.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn and he be given liberty to take recourse to such remedy as is available under The Secutrisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
