Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Shri Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4.

By means of the present writ petition the petitioner has sought issuance of a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to decide the representation of the petitioners and to demarcate the land contained in Khasra No. 56 Kha (old number 90) and 56 Fa situate in village Dihiya, Pargana and TehsilZamania, District-Ghazipur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration since 05.05.2023.

From the relief, that has been claimed in the writ petition, it is apparent that the demarcation in respect of two plots has been sought by the petitioner and therefore, he is required to deposit the requisite fee for the said purpose as provided under the Rules. He may do so within one week from today. On the deposit of the requisite fee, as required under the Rules, the authority concerned, shall proceed to dispose of the proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, within a period of 90 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations the writ petition is disposed of.
