"1. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 12.7.2023, instruction dated 22.7.2023 has been placed before the Court by learned Standing Counsel, which is taken on record.
2. In the instruction dated 22.7.2023, it is mentioned that plot no.529 is recorded as "Khad Ke Gaddhe" in the revenue records. It is further mentioned that the petitioner is tenure holder of adjoining plot, as such, in order to occupy the plot no.529, the instant petition has been filed by the petitioner. It is further mentioned that there is no interference with the petitioner's right rather State is conducting work under the scheme of the Government.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file reply the facts mentioned in the instruction dated 22.7.2023.
4. Put up this case as fresh on 4.10.2023."
