Heard Shri Kirti Kumar Singh holding brief of Shri Yogesh Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Rahul Jain holding brief of Shri Anjali Singh, learned Central Government Standing Counse. None appears for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Grievance of the petitioner is that her Savings Bank Account No.21245257815 has been put on hold by the respondent No.3 and the reasons for putting the account on hold, are not being communicated to the petitioner despite requests made by the petitioner. Even her representations dated 3.11.2022 and 10.11.2022 have not been decided by the respondent no.3.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a certified copy of this order before the respondent No.3 along with a copy of the representations dated 3.11.2922 and 10.11.2022 within two weeks from today. In the event, the petitioner submits such representations within the stipulated time, the respondent No.3 shall either lift the 'hold on the aforesaid Savings Bank account of the petitioner or shall apprise her in writing the reasons for putting it on hold within a next week.
