Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel.
Sri Rajiv Gupta, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that despite communication of the order dated 27.04.2023 the respondents have not sent any instructions. He submits that the respondents may be directed to examine the grievance of the petitioner and to pay to the petitioners the amount which may be found by him to be due and payable.
In view of the stand taken by the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case of the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 to examine the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision, in accordance with law, within three weeks from the date of submission of a certified copy of this order alongwith the representation and in the event any amount is found legally due and payable to the petitioner, then the respondent no.3 shall ensure that the amount so found legally due and payable shall be paid to the petitioner within next three weeks.
