This writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief:-
"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent police authorities to direct the concern bank authorities to De-Freeze Yes Bank Account No. 014863300000992 of the petitioner as the same has been freezed in view of vague and cryptic undated notice section 91 CrPC in Case Crime No. 1279/2022 registered in Cyber Crime Cell Deoria, U.P."
After arguments were heard at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
