Writ petition is filed with the following prayer:-

"(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 i.e. Sub-Divisional Magistrate Soraon, DistrictAllahabad to decide the case no. 60 of 2014 computerized case no. T201402030360 (Ram Manohar Vs. Ram Sajiwan and others) under section 176 U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act which is pending before him, expeditiously within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble court.

(II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the application dated 23.07.2021 (Annexure no.4 to the writ petition)"

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid case is pending consideration before the respondent No. 2 since 2014. In the aforesaid case the petitioner although filed a preliminary objection raising question on jurisdiction, however, the same has not been decided.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the aforesaid case will be decided in accordance with law in a time bound manner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, it is hereby provided that the Case No. 60 of 2014 computerized case no. T201402030360 (Ram Manohar Vs. Ram Sajiwan and others) under section 176 U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act as well as application pending before respondent No. 2 shall be decided within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournment to the parties.

With the aforesaid observations/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
