The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer:-

"(i) Issue suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mariyahu, District Jaunpur respondent no.2 to decide the case filed by petitioners under section 116 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 on 27.7.2021 being case no. 3685/2022, computerized case no. T202214360603685 (Sabhajit Yadav & Ors Vs Gaon sabha & Others) pending before the aforesaid Court expeditiously within the stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that proceedings under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code is pending before respondent No. 2 and till date the same has not been decided.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the aforesaid case will be decided in accordance with law in a time bound manner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby provided that Case No. 3685/2022, computerized case no. T202214360603685 (Sabhajit Yadav & Ors Vs Gaon sabha & Others) filed by petitioners under section 116 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 on 27.7.2021 shall be decided in accordance with law within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of the order that without giving any unnecessary adjournment to the parties.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
