1. The petitioner has challenged an adjudication made by ADM (Land Revenue)/Competent Authority dated 20.7.2022, in exercise of power under Section 3H(3) of the National Highways Act, 1956.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after making brief submission, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to seek reference of the dispute to the principal civil court of original jurisdiction, by moving appropriate application before the Competent Authority, as contemplated under sub-section (4) of Section 3H of the Act.
3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
