The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking mandamus, directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the Mutation Case No. 5608 of 2022 (Computerized Case No. T202205470405608) under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period.
The case has been pending for quite some time.
In view of the above, the respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the Mutation Case No. 5608 of 2022 (Computerized Case No. T202205470405608) by a reasoned and speaking order on merit, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
