The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that the petitioner has applied for the transfer of the arms license in his favour which was existed in the name of the father of the petitioner for which he has submitted an application.
This court had called for the instructions, the Standing Counsel has produced the instruction to the effect that the issue will be decided after the fresh police verification report is obtained. The said instructions are taken on record.
Considering the instructions, the present petition is disposed off directing the respondent no.2 to decide the application of the petitioner in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of two months from today.
It is made clear that no further time shall be granted by this Court.
