Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and perused the record.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the respondent no. 2 to decide the Case No. 10353 of 2021, Computerized Case No. T2021147010353 (Sheeja Shruti (Sister Mary Shruti Putukkataprampil) vs. Shyamrathi Yadav), under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period of time.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had purchased Arazi No. 1027 area 0.6070 hectares situated at Village Thana, Pargana Kolsala, Tehsil Pindra, District Varanasi from respondents no. 3 and 4 through registered sale deed dated 16.09.2021. It is further submitted that the Revenue Inspector has submitted his report on 09.10.2021 under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and the case was registered as Mutation Case No. 10353 of 2021. The respondents had put in appearance before respondent no. 2 and had filed their objections and thereafter only general dates have been fixed due to which the case could not be proceeded and is pending for disposal since 2021.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and without going into merit of the case, the respondent no. 2 namely Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Pindra, District Varanasi is directed to expedite the proceedings and decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, if possible, within the period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless there is any legal impediment.

With aforesaid direction, the instant petition is finally disposed of.
