Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and perused the record.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the respondent no. 2 to decide the Case No. 2271 of 2022 (Computerized Case No. T-202202030902271) (Shashi Kapoor Gupta vs. Rajeshwari Prasad and others), under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period of time.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is Bjumidhar of Arazi No. 88, 89, 90, 92 and 93, total area 0.3460 hectares situated at Village Chhapar, Tappa Kharka, Pargana Khairagarh, Tehsil Koraon, District Allahabad. It is further submitted that due to cultivation as well as for rainy the border of the area has been destroyed and due to dispute of border between the neighbour farmer and co-sharers of the land,the petitioner has moved an application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 on 11.05.2022 before the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Koraon, District Prayagraj, which was registered as Case No. 2271 of 2022. In the said case only general dates have been fixed by respondent no. 2, so that the case could not be proceed and is pending for disposal since 11.05.2022.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and without going into merit of the case, the respondent no. 2 namely Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Koraon, District Prayagraj is directed to expedite the proceedings and decide the aforesaid case, if possible, within the period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless there is any legal impediment.

With aforesaid direction, the instant petition is finally disposed of.
