Heard Sri Raj Nath Bhakta, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
By means of the instant petition, the petitioner is before this Court with prayer that the Case No. 8355 of 2020 (Computerized Case No. T202002030308355) (Shanti Devi Vs. Chikhuri) under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel very fairly submits that in case any such case is pending, the same would be decided by the concerned authority.
In view of the above, the respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the Case No. 8355 of 2020 (Computerized Case No. T202002030308355) by a reasoned and speaking order on merit expeditiously, preferably, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
