By means of this writ petition, petitioner has prayed to direct the Settlement Officer Consolidation, New Unit, Jaunpur, DistictJaunpur, i.e. respondent no.2 to decide the Appeal No.751/789 under Section 11 (1) of Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 expeditiously.
This writ petition is disposed of with the direction that Settlement Officer Consolidation, New Unit, Jaunpur, Distict-Jaunpur, i.e. respondent no.2, shall take endeavour to decide the above referred appeal, expeditiously within a period of six months from today in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment.
