Heard Ms. Neha Khan, learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner and Shri Jitendra Narain Rai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents No. 1 to 4.

This is an application for the withdrawal of the writ petition No. 3188 of 2023 (Jagpal vs. State of U.P. and 4 others).

By means of the present application, the applicant-petitioner has prayed for the withdrawal of the writ petition and sought liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition. She submits that some documents which are necessary and required for the proper disposal of the matter, could not be filed with the writ petition.

The withdrawal application is allowed.
