In pursuance to the previous order dated 7.7.2023 passed by this Court, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf respondent nos. 2 to 4 in which it has been stated that an order dated 29.5.2023 had been passed concluding the inquiry proceedings instituted against the petitioner.
The petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to either avail the alternative remedy or file a fresh petition challenging the order dated 29.5.2023.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed.
