The present petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2 to consider the candidature of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Mukhya Sevika.
The details of the procedure to be followed for promotion of Aganwadi Karkarti to the post of Mukhya Sevika, the eligibility for promotion to the post of Mukhya Sevika and as to whether the petitioner possesses the eligibility criteria for the promotion prayed for have not been mentioned in the petition.
For the said reasons, there is nothing on record to enable the Court to apply its mind regarding the claim of the petitioner.
When the counsel for the petitioner was confronted with the aforesaid short-comings in the petition, the counsel for the petitioner prays that the petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition giving necessary details.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed .
