Hon'ble Salil Kumar Rai,J.
The present petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the Director, Unani Medical College, Prayagraj to transfer the petitioner from State Unani Hospital Tikri to State Unani Medical College and Hospital, Prayagraj in light of paragraph No. 5(iii) of the Government Order dated 7.6.2023.
It would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending and the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation alongwith the certified copy of this order before the Director, Unani Medical College, Prayagraj who on receiving the said representation shall decide the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation and appropriate action shall be taken depending on the decision of Director within one month from the date of decision.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
